Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, vetting, and placing healthcare professionals and Medical Virtual Assistants (MVAs).

• Develop and sustain a candidate pipeline throughout LATAM by utilizing job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and direct outreach.

• Handle multiple open positions while adhering to strict deadlines and managing high volume recruitment demands.

• Organize and coordinate interviews efficiently.

• Act as the main liaison between candidates and hiring teams.

• Keep accurate records of candidates, status updates, and pipeline metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with internal company policies along with pertinent healthcare staffing regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding, fluent communication abilities in both English and Spanish, encompassing written and verbal skills.

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare recruiting within LATAM, specifically targeting U.S.-based healthcare clients or organizations.

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle independently.

• Direct experience in sourcing, screening, and placing Medical Virtual Assistants (MVAs).

• Proven capability to excel under tight deadlines, short turnaround times, and manage multiple open requisitions concurrently.

• Proficient familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and contemporary candidate sourcing tools.

• Exceptional organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Full-time contractor role requiring 40 hours per week.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 4 PM PST.
