Bilingual French – Roadside Assistance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming customer calls related to roadside assistance

• Place outbound calls to customers, service providers for roadside assistance, and other relevant personnel

• Offer support and expertise to ensure customers return to their journeys safely

• Adhere to established methods and procedures, prioritizing customer safety

• Handle files with a sense of urgency, professionalism, and care

• Achieve quality-related metrics and objectives

• Complete initial training and education from a private home office

• Assist customers within the first week of employment

• Interact with customers with the guidance of instructors during initial training

• Carry out certain job responsibilities with customers from the very first day

• Engage in skillset-driven continued education as coordinated by the manager

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be fluent in both English and French

• Complete required Criteria Assessments: Tech Skills + Game

• Ability to convey sympathy, empathy, and compassion

• Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability

• Intermediate keyboarding and computer proficiency

• Active and attentive listening skills

• Ability to type while conversing; 40 WPM or higher is advantageous

• Capability to formulate sentences through written communication

• Proficient in navigating and using multiple computer programs simultaneously

• Excellent verbal communication and listening abilities

• Clear and articulate speaking voice

• General understanding of U.S. and Canadian geography

• Familiarity with mapping locations using various programs or applications

• Openness to incorporating feedback for continuous performance improvement

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

• Must have a private, quiet workspace at home

• Must possess a personal computer that meets specified technical requirements

• Windows 11

• Minimum 16GB RAM

• CPU benchmark score of at least 6,000

• SSD with a minimum of 5GB free space

• Bluetooth capability enabled

• Webcam

• Wired USB headset

• Internet speed requirements: ping under 100, download minimum of 50MB, upload minimum of 5MB

• Availability to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday

• Must work scheduled holidays
