Bilingual French Inbound Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Articulate the services offered by 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and explain the process of removing unwanted items for customers.

• Address inquiries regarding services, service areas, availability, pickup schedules, and pricing.

• Convert customer inquiries into appointments for truck pickups.

• Complete a fully paid virtual training program.

• Become part of a team guided by a team leader, ensuring ongoing support, learning, and professional development.

• Follow a work schedule of five days on and two days off.

• Be available to work between 07:00 and 19:00 EDT, including weekends as necessary.

• Manage inbound calls exclusively; no cold calling involved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and currently reside in Ontario.

• Fully bilingual in both French and English.

• Available for training during the first three weeks, from 10:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday (EDT).

• Possess a friendly telephone demeanor.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to learn new technologies swiftly.

• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.

• Maintain a quiet home workspace.

• Have a fast and reliable internet connection.

• Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM.

• A wired Ethernet connection is mandatory.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, call centers, or related fields is advantageous.
