Bilingual Field Reimbursement Specialist – RN/LPN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete patient journey.

• Occasionally travel for on-site clinic visits.

• Serve as the main point of contact for physicians enrolling patients in NavieGo managed programs.

• Develop and sustain relationships with designated clinics and physicians, including conducting site visits.

• Request any missing or additional information from physician offices, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.

• Manage prescription drug coverage for patients.

• Coordinate cases with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals.

• Handle documents, submissions, and paperwork for insurance companies and public funding programs.

• Schedule clinic appointments and manage drug deliveries within required timelines.

• Cultivate relationships with patients and key healthcare professionals.

• Implement best practices to enhance patient access to drug coverage.

• Oversee pharmacy processes once funding is secured.

• Utilize knowledge of public and private funding systems.

• Work rotating Monday-to-Friday shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, supporting regions across Canada.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in English and French is mandatory.

• A Registered Nurse designation and current provincial licensing are necessary.

• At least 2 years of experience in customer/client service and healthcare reimbursement is required.

• Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry is advantageous.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, including Google apps, Word, and Excel.

• A professional, courteous, and efficient telephone manner is essential.

• Ability to manage time, set priorities, and multitask to meet competing deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Proficiency in resolving issues effectively and efficiently.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to work rotating Monday-to-Friday shifts across various regions in Canada.
