This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +7 more countries.
• Translate website content, advertisements, legal documents, and marketing materials between English and Spanish.
• Organize translation files, update content, and manage project documentation.
• Review translated materials to ensure grammar, spelling, consistency, accuracy, and tone are upheld.
• Ensure consistent terminology and brand messaging in all Spanish-language materials.
• Conduct terminology research for legal, marketing, and specialized industry content.
• Collaborate with marketing team members on website enhancements and upcoming digital marketing initiatives.
• Ensure that translations maintain the original content’s meaning and intent.
• Assist in the creation and adaptation of bilingual content.
• Localize content for Spanish-speaking audiences while considering cultural context.
• Enter, update, and manage website content using content management systems.
• Support Spanish-language sections of the website.
• Offer language and cultural insights.
• Handle internal, legal, and marketing information with confidentiality.
• Meet deadlines while juggling multiple content and translation requests.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Prior experience in marketing, digital content, translation, or a related field is essential.
• A strong grasp of Spanish vocabulary, expressions, and cultural subtleties is preferred.
• A legal background or familiarity with legal terminology is highly desirable.
• Experience in translating website copy, advertisements, marketing materials, or legal content is preferred.
• Ability to accurately translate complex information while preserving the original tone and meaning.
• Proficiency in using content management systems for updating and managing website content.
• Strong written communication and proofreading abilities in both English and Spanish.
• Capability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a marketing team.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time.
• Ability to manage sensitive information professionally and adhere to confidentiality standards.
• A marketing portfolio or relevant work samples may be requested.
• Familiarity with content management systems, website editing tools, Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity software, and digital communication and collaboration platforms.
