Bilingual Credit Repair Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Assist in client consultations, lead follow-up, onboarding, and customer support initiatives

• Conduct both phone and virtual consultations with potential and current clients

• Clearly and professionally articulate the credit repair process and available services

• Engage with warm leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales journey

• Provide scheduling and communication support to the internal sales team

• Keep precise client records within the CRM system

• Aid in the onboarding and account setup procedures

• Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to enhance client success

• Adhere to established workflows and communication protocols

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in phone sales, telemarketing, customer service, or virtual support roles

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound phone interactions

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Capability to maintain organization and follow defined workflows

• Experience in credit repair is advantageous, though not mandatory (training will be provided)

• Ability to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive client information with professionalism
