Bilingual Collections Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance the recovery of outstanding debts within the personal finance division as an individual contributor.

• Identify overdue accounts and develop strategies to bring loans to a current status.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection and performance targets.

• Conduct both outbound and inbound communications with clients to address outstanding debts.

• Adhere to GoodLeap’s policies and procedures regarding collections.

• Resolve overdue invoices and secure payments.

• Maintain accurate records of amounts owed and duration of delinquency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in credit and collections.

• Familiarity with sales, negotiation, and persuasion techniques.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Previous experience in telemarketing for financial products is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

• Highly self-motivated and focused on achieving goals.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Professional attitude and demeanor.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
