Bilingual Clinical Reflective Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Facilitate reflective supervision for home visitors and parent educators at least twice a month.

• Advocate for reflective practice and trauma-informed care throughout the program.

• Work together with the Home Visiting Director to create supervision schedules, set goals, and design reflective learning activities.

• Assist staff in establishing positive family outcomes and objectives based on assessments and curricula.

• Foster safe and nurturing relationships between young children and their caregivers.

• Oversee the quality of documentation and ensure compliance with CYFD and ECECD standards.

• Uphold family and staff confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions.

• Promote continuous quality improvement and initiatives for professional development.

• Supervise multiple home visitors and parent educators who serve 15–28 families.

• Keep accurate records and ensure timely documentation in data management systems.

• Record reflective supervision sessions and provide them to the Home Visiting Director.

• Ensure that family-related data and outcomes are properly entered into CYFD databases.

• Assist staff in maintaining up-to-date and compliant family files.

• Support the onboarding and training process for new home visiting staff.

• Create and sustain a professional development plan.

• Take part in file audits and program reviews to guarantee compliance and service quality.

• Operate in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as MECA policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood Development, or a related field (mandatory).

• A valid New Mexico license (LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT required).

• Infant Mental Health Endorsement is preferred or must be obtained within two years of hire.

• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Windows and data management systems.

• Effective oral and written communication capabilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills.

• Ability to train and mentor staff with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

• High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Completion of mandatory Home Visiting and reflective supervision trainings.
