Bilingual Customer Expert – Remote, Inside Greece

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Engage in international Customer Service / Customer Expert positions.

• Deliver customer support in the specified language.

• Work remotely from any location in Greece for eligible positions.

• Onsite work is required for the German role.

• Commit to full-time work, 40 hours per week, on a rotational shift basis.

• Receive assistance with relocation when moving to Greece.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in French, Dutch, German, Danish, Portuguese, or Italian.

• Experience in Customer Service / Customer Expert roles or suitability for international customer service positions.

• Must be a citizen of the EU or possess a valid Greek residence/work permit.

• Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Willingness to relocate to Greece if necessary.

• The German position is onsite.

• Availability for full-time employment, 40 hours per week.

• Flexibility for rotational shifts with 2 days off.
