This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China, +3 more countries.
• Act as the main point of contact for client communications via calls, emails, and social media, delivering professional bilingual support in Mandarin and English.
• Evaluate inquiries, determine client needs, arrange consultations, and assist potential clients throughout the intake procedure.
• Foster relationships with clients, follow up on inquiries, and facilitate the conversion of leads into retained clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and consultation objectives.
• Oversee calendars, inboxes, communications, and deadlines.
• Offer daily operational support to the management team.
• Keep accurate and current client records in CRM systems, including tracking interactions, follow-ups, and intake progress.
• Professionally communicate with clients, business partners, and third-party stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and team members to ensure effective communication, streamlined workflows, and high levels of client satisfaction.
• At least 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, administrative support, or a similar role (required).
• Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, both in written and spoken forms (required).
• Previous experience with a U.S.-based law firm, especially in immigration law, is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM software, virtual communication tools, and scheduling applications.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, email management systems, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Dependable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
• Experience with communication platforms such as RedNote, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
• Availability during standard working hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST), or willingness to consider alternative shift arrangements.
• May be required to complete a brief video assessment simulating a role-specific scenario.
