Bilingual BCBA – Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Carry out behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.

• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Work together with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.

• Keep precise documentation and confirm that services adhere to ethical and clinical standards.

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Previous experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English as specified in the job title.
