Bilingual Client Experience Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Respond to inbound calls for clients’ businesses from a remote location

• Capture leads, process orders, set appointments, and relay messages to clients

• Manage standard answering, Active Response outbound calls, live chat, relay calls, appointment scheduling, and legal intake calls

• Complete compensated training for each call type

• Handle a continuous, fast-paced flow of consecutive calls

• Adhere to performance metrics for quality, accuracy, readiness percentage, and after-call work duration

• Select weekly shifts based on performance tier

• Engage in Learning & Development through live calls and ongoing assistance

• Work full-time schedules aligned with organizational requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Position is exclusively available to residents who are physically located and working in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona

• Proficient in both English and Spanish, including reading, writing, and speaking

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Warm, positive demeanor and a genuine desire to help others

• Attentive listener who remains composed and efficient under pressure

• Reliable and punctual for every scheduled shift

• Strong proficiency in computer skills

• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM

• A growth mindset with a willingness to learn new call types and tools

• Computer and internet connection must comply with system and internet requirements prior to commencement

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check following a conditional offer

• Capability to work 40 hours per week, including at least 8 hours every Friday and Saturday during the initial 8–12 weeks post-training

• Full availability during the 2-week training and 8–12-week Learning & Development phase; holidays and vacation time cannot be reserved during this period

• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time
