This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Follow up with patients based on the approved cadence to gather updates related to reimbursement and information necessary for case progression.
• Accurately and promptly update and maintain patient files.
• Assist in reimbursement processes by collecting, reviewing, and documenting coverage, claims status, and patient access information.
• Address reimbursement challenges, coverage barriers, and case-specific issues.
• Document Adverse Events identified during patient interactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Keep precise and current records in relevant systems and department files.
• Gather reimbursement-related information for reporting, tracking, and case management purposes.
• Collaborate with internal team members and management to resolve case-related and workload-related challenges.
• Foster positive and professional relationships with colleagues, management, and internal stakeholders.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, privacy regulations, safety protocols, and program guidelines.
• Carry out related reimbursement support tasks as assigned.
• Completion of post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative capacity within a pharmaceutical environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Demonstrated accuracy in processing substantial volumes of data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Flexibility to adapt to change and acquire new skills as necessary.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, clerical operations, document management, or a related field is required.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking to compile information, identify inconsistencies, and assist with routine reporting.
• Ability to address routine problems utilizing standard procedures and sound judgment.
