Bid Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of construction bids and tenders, from identifying opportunities to submission and post-bid follow-up.

• Assemble, review, and submit comprehensive bid packages, ensuring alignment with client specifications, requirements, and deadlines.

• Collaborate with estimators, project managers, procurement, and leadership to collect pricing, technical details, and supporting documentation.

• Source, engage with, and secure competitive quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.

• Evaluate drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documents to identify project scope, risks, and submission criteria.

• Monitor upcoming bid opportunities, submission timelines, and results while maintaining organized records and documentation of tenders.

• Ensure proposals adhere to company standards, contractual obligations, and client submission guidelines prior to delivery.

• Contribute to proposal strategy, capability statements, and the ongoing enhancement of bid processes to improve win rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, estimating support, or proposal management within the construction sector.

• Strong comprehension of construction bidding processes, contracts, procurement methods, and project documentation.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple bids and deadlines concurrently.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Comfortable utilizing construction management, estimating, or document management software.
