Bid Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee bids and projects aimed at acquiring new customers.

• Assist presales and delivery teams throughout the acquisition process.

• Facilitate the design of services by creating, maintaining, and further developing service and offer templates.

• Contribute to the strategic growth of the Managed Services sector.

• Execute partial/project management for client or internal projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree in business administration, business informatics, or equivalent qualifications, along with several years of relevant professional experience.

• Background in bid management or presales within IT/SAP managed services or outsourcing services is favorable.

• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.

• A solution-oriented mindset paired with entrepreneurial thinking.

• A high level of autonomy and adaptability concerning the detailed design and evolution of one’s own role.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
