BI Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and execute intricate BI dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Develop and enhance Looker reports and data models.

• Leverage Google BigQuery and other Google Cloud Platform services for backend development, ETL processes, and data integration.

• Evaluate and approve technical designs to ensure code quality, security, performance, and adherence to quality standards.

• Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to team members.

• Collaborate with backend and frontend BI developers during the implementation of solutions.

• Work alongside Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.

• Articulate technical details clearly to stakeholders and clients.

• Keep abreast of trends in BI and new technologies.

• Disseminate knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a related role.

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Looker, and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery).

• Experience with ETL processes, data integration, and data modeling.

• Understanding of data warehousing principles, performance optimization, and security best practices.

• Demonstrated capability to lead and mentor technical teams.

• Familiarity with additional BI tools and advanced analytics is advantageous.

• Experience with data governance and compliance standards is beneficial.
