BI Product Manager – Financial Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Establish strong relationships with Financial Systems teams, including Orders, Invoicing, Billing, Legal, and Finance leadership.

• Recognize process inefficiencies and operational challenges throughout the revenue lifecycle.

• Link business challenges to opportunities in BI, ML, and Generative AI.

• Articulate the business justification for financial data requirements and influence financial data strategy.

• Create Product Requirement Documents, functional specifications, and strategic roadmaps.

• Convert complex business requirements into straightforward, non-technical terms for Technical Delivery Managers and data engineering teams.

• Align and accurately represent Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes, encompassing quoting, deal structuring, billing, entitlement, and revenue recognition.

• Review pricing, order, and contract information for accuracy.

• Develop operational dashboards and resolve data inconsistencies.

• Assist with essential enterprise business reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of Product Management experience in Financial Systems (FinSys BI), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), or Revenue Operations within SaaS/Tech settings.

• Thorough understanding of accounting principles, billing systems, entitlements, contract lifecycles, and revenue recognition standards, particularly ASC 606 implications.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise data flows from ERP systems such as Workday, NetSuite, and SAP.

• Familiarity with CPQ/CLM tools like Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, and Ironclad.

• Demonstrated skills in data validation, process mapping, user storytelling, and writing functional requirements, including PRDs.

• Proactive communication across functions with finance, legal, product, and sales teams.

• Experience in Agile teams and remote, distributed work environments.

• Native or professional bilingual proficiency in English for daily written and verbal communication.

• Availability within CST ±2 hours and flexibility to align with standard US business hours.
