This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Business Analytics Discovery sessions.

• Assist the solution architect with data modeling tasks and integration activities.

• Define, design, develop, and deliver analytics dashboards for a client’s real estate program utilizing C&W’s BI Platform.

• Capture and document project objectives, goals, success criteria, and business requirements.

• Comprehend end-to-end business process flows, applications, and data definitions.

• Manage commitments from executive stakeholders regarding KPIs and data reporting requirements.

• Lead and implement the data governance program while engaging in data security efforts.

• Create ad-hoc reports for special requests.

• Promote process enhancements and suggest best practices on the business platform.

• Address data-related challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Analyze data through mining and auditing to provide actionable insights and support data strategy.

• Develop and monitor key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, patterns, and correlations in complex datasets.

• Uphold C&W Analytics consulting, implementation, and demonstration capabilities.

• Contribute best practices, lessons learned, concepts, and solution documents to the CBS Analytics knowledge base.

• Utilize client applications for demonstrations, data modeling, and process development alongside the client implementation team.

• Provide input on the product roadmap to enhance alignment between client applications and business service delivery.

• Engage in weekly analytics discussions to support the agile product process and enhance account maturity.

• Mentor new team members and those transitioning into TPM roles.

• Oversee the product knowledge base, analytics playbook, and data diagrams.

• Present and actively participate in Quarterly Business Review Meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Industry Designation.

• Over 7 years of experience in analyzing building equipment maintenance strategies and plans.

• More than 7 years of experience in assessing building equipment performance and health.

• At least 5 years of experience with Power BI or a similar tool/experience.

• A comparable mix of education and experience may be acceptable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.

• Minimum of 7 years of functional/technical experience with business intelligence tools and data dashboards.

• Knowledge of building systems and related equipment, such as HVAC and FLS.

• Experience in asset lifecycle planning.

• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams at various organizational levels.

• Competence in business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology development.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and adapting swiftly to change with minimal supervision.

• Excellent customer service abilities.

• Strong business insight.

• Exceptional listening, interpersonal, facilitation, written, oral, and communication skills.

• Capability to collaborate with external vendors to address issues and manage project initiatives.

• Experience with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with large-scale applications, including CRM and ERP solutions, is preferred.

• High level of critical thinking and judgment.

• Ability to take initiative with minimal information.

• Skills to engage clients for sales or solutions with limited knowledge.

• Capability to determine how to manage out-of-scope or inappropriate client requests.

• Proficiency in explaining complex problems to non-technical stakeholders.
