BI Analyst (Mid-level)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Integrate Capacity Planning reports into executive dashboards within Power BI, utilizing data prepared by the Senior Data Engineer.

• Facilitate the creation of analyses using AI copilots to generate report content.

• Design and sustain the executive hypervisor dashboard, which includes metrics on overcommit, utilization, and cluster saturation.

• Compile and uphold the quarterly rightsizing report for evaluation by technical teams and presentation to the client.

• Ensure a superior dashboard consumption experience, encompassing the arrangement of visualizations, filters, and access controls.

• Assist in the development of executive indicators and reports pertaining to Capacity Planning initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Power BI.

• Understanding of data modeling.

• Expertise in DAX.

• Experience in creating executive dashboards.

• Experience in consolidating data from various sources to produce management reports.

• Capability to transform data into metrics and actionable insights for both technical and executive audiences.

• Strong communication abilities for presenting analytical data to technology and business stakeholders.

• SQL knowledge (preferred).

• Familiarity with Capacity Planning concepts (preferred).

• Familiarity with infrastructure environments, such as hypervisors and cloud (preferred).

• Experience utilizing AI copilots for assisted analysis and report generation (preferred).

• Analytical, organized, and data-driven mindset, with keen attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.
