Beverage Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Highlight beverage applications through in-depth knowledge of Kerry Beverage products and sell to operators.

• Act as the subject matter expert for over 300 brand SKUs.

• Provide training and resources to enhance and empower CORE Sales teams.

• Exhibit knowledge of barista and bartending techniques, along with both back- and front-of-house operations.

• Build relationships with key clients as a consultative resource for menu and item gap analysis, beverage, and operational solutions.

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team while managing multiple or changing priorities and commercial channels.

• Carry out additional duties as required or assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Bartender or Barista in the beverage industry with demonstrated expertise.

• Innovative and strategic thinker, with a strong passion for the beverage industry, particularly in coffee and bar segments.

• Extensive technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of beverage products, recipes, and current trends.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proven success in sales and business development, ideally within the foodservice or hospitality sectors.

• Experience in developing menus and creating recipes.

• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret data effectively.

• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in relevant software and tools for beverage management and sales.

• Adaptable and flexible approach to work.
