Beverage Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Present beverage applications by utilizing in-depth knowledge of Kerry Beverage products and sell to operators.

• Act as the subject matter expert for over 300 brand SKUs.

• Equip CORE Sales teams with necessary training and tools for advancement.

• Exhibit proficiency in barista and bartending techniques as well as back- and front-of-house operations.

• Cultivate relationships with key customers.

• Offer consultative assistance for menu and item gap analysis, beverage solutions, and operational strategies.

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team environment while managing multiple or evolving priorities.

• Carry out additional duties as required or assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Bartender or Barista in the beverage sector with demonstrated expertise.

• Creative and strategic thinker with a strong passion for the beverage industry, particularly in coffee and bar segments.

• Extensive technical knowledge and a profound understanding of beverage products, recipes, and industry trends.

• Exceptional communication and collaborative skills.

• Proven success in sales and business development, ideally within the foodservice or hospitality sectors.

• Experience in menu development and recipe formulation.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and make well-informed business decisions.

• Proficient in relevant software and tools for beverage management and sales.

• Adaptable and flexible mindset.
