This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage the processing of life and health insurance claims.

• Advocate for occupational health and oversee disability management.

• Offer technical support for various projects and operational challenges.

• Perform technical studies, research, and analysis to assess eligibility for benefits and the potential for legal action based on contract terms.

• Act as a resource for developing solutions and action plans.

• Engage with professionals, partners, and clients to gather and share information, justifications, and interpretations regarding claims and insurance policies.

• Implement and sustain both software and manual as well as automated processes.

• Provide user training.

• Create technical documentation to enhance the skills and knowledge of users and teams.

• Assist practitioners in adhering to unit processes and utilizing business solutions, tools, and systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A general college diploma in a relevant field.

• At least two years of pertinent experience.

• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be taken into account.

• Proficiency in French is mandatory.

• Proactive and action-oriented.
