📋 Description

• Process claims for life and health insurance.

• Advocate for occupational health and manage disability cases.

• Act as a technical expert, offering discipline-specific support for unit activities, initiatives, and processes.

• Conduct research and analyze processes, information management, and data processing.

• Provide technical assistance for projects and complex operational challenges.

• Execute specialized technical studies, research, and analysis.

• Serve as a resource for submitting solutions and action plans, including diagnosis, intervention, treatment, return-to-work, and disability monitoring plans.

• Implement and maintain software as well as manual and automated processes.

• Conduct user training sessions.

• Create technical notes to enhance the skills and knowledge of users and teams.

• Assist practitioners in adhering to unit standards and processes while utilizing business solutions, tools, and systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A general college diploma in a related field.

• At least three years of relevant experience.

• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.

• Proficiency in French is mandatory.

• Advanced English proficiency is required due to the nature of duties or work tools, as well as interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients.
