This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Make outbound calls to gather missing or unclear benefit details.
β’ Conduct investigations related to insurance and benefits.
β’ Address inbound patient inquiries concerning application status and required documentation.
β’ Record findings and prepare summaries for healthcare providers.
β’ Keep precise case notes in the Lynk system.
β’ Support patients with insurance coverage and financial aid programs.
β’ Minimum of 1 year in patient services, healthcare support, or a call center role.
β’ Prior experience in HUB or Patient Services is preferred.
β’ Knowledge of insurance verification, benefit investigations, and prior authorization processes.
β’ Experience interacting with patients, specialty pharmacies, and insurance plans/payers.
β’ Proven outbound calling experience.
β’ Experience working from home with a secure workspace and reliable internet connection.
β’ Familiarity with call monitoring, quality assurance reviews, and performance metrics.
β’ Background in healthcare or pharmaceutical support.
β’ Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
β’ Detail-oriented and well-organized.
β’ Adaptable to changes and open to feedback.
β’ Team player focused on productivity and continuous improvement.
