Benefits Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee employee benefit programs, encompassing enrollment, life events, and ongoing eligibility adjustments.

• Address employee inquiries regarding benefits policies, programs, and procedures.

• Execute benefits-related transactions within HR systems.

• Collaborate with external benefits vendors and internal HR teams to resolve issues and exceptions.

• Assist with open enrollment processes, including communications, system readiness, and issue resolution.

• Track benefit cases and requests utilizing ticket or case management tools.

• Maintain documentation and knowledge articles related to benefits processes and employee guidance.

• Recognize recurring issues or trends and provide insights to enhance process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Human Resources, benefits, or total rewards-related roles.

• Practical experience in administering employee benefits or facilitating benefits-related transactions.

• Proficient in using HR systems or case management tools to handle employee requests.

• Capability to interpret and apply benefits policies, procedures, and eligibility criteria.

• Strong attention to detail when managing employee data and benefits records.

• Ability to handle confidential employee information in a compliant and professional manner.

• Proficient in English.

• Native Portuguese speaker.

• Fluent in Spanish.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience supporting open enrollment or large-scale benefits communications (preferred).

• Familiarity with external benefits providers or brokers (preferred).

• Basic understanding of payroll or HR services (preferred).
