This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service as a Benefits Call Center Coordinator.

• Oversee multiple workflows and projects concurrently in a dynamic setting.

• Adhere to instructions, scripts, and established procedures while maintaining adaptability.

• Manage high volumes, competing priorities, and time-sensitive requests with professionalism, precision, and poise.

• Address benefits-related inquiries concerning eligibility, enrollments, and life events.

• Balance tasks and projects while fulfilling productivity, quality, and SLA expectations.

• Independently organize and prioritize workloads effectively.

• Navigate a variety of applications and conduct research across 10+ systems.

• Collaborate as a reliable team player.

• Complete required paid training sessions.

• Work an 8-hour shift scheduled between Monday and Sunday, from 4:40 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Capable of successfully passing a criminal background check.

• Prior experience in customer service and/or call center roles is essential.

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and effective communication skills.

• Ability to navigate multiple applications and research solutions efficiently (10+ systems).

• Must successfully complete a mandatory paid training program.

• Strong multitasking capabilities are required.

• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new processes quickly are essential.

• Must pass an internet speed test: download ≥25 Mbps, upload ≥5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms.

• Must be able to connect to a modem/router via an ethernet cable.

• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state or municipality where compensation complies with applicable wage regulations.

• Currently, not hiring in AK, AZ, CA, CT, CO, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NY, RI, OR, VT, WA, or listed metro areas.

• Strong understanding of benefits administration functions, including eligibility, enrollments, life events, and benefits-related inquiries.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and virtual collaboration tools is required.
