This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Handle incoming calls
β’ Respond to inquiries about kits dispatched to beneficiaries
β’ Guide beneficiaries through the necessary forms to initiate their benefits
β’ Monitor and manage stop and reissuing cases
β’ Work with death kits
β’ Oversee email correspondence
β’ Collaborate with team members
β’ Assist participants and beneficiaries by addressing benefit-related questions and providing support throughout the benefits process
β’ Must be at least 18 years of age
β’ Hold a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification
β’ Successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening
β’ Possess knowledge of pension accounts (DB skills)
β’ Demonstrate strong organizational abilities
β’ Exhibit excellent time management skills
β’ Maintain a strong customer service orientation with clear, professional communication and the capacity to follow instructions precisely
β’ Achieve minimum requirements on an internet speed test: download speed of 25 Mbps or greater, upload speed of 5 Mbps or greater, and a ping of 175 ms or less
β’ Have the capability to connect to a modem/router via an Ethernet cable
β’ Must reside in a qualifying US state or municipality; currently, the company is not hiring in AK, AZ, CA, CT, CO, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NY, RI, OR, VT, WA, or the specified metro areas
