This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in the role of Benefits Call Center Coordinator
• Oversee multiple workflows and projects within a dynamic and fast-paced setting
• Adhere to instructions, scripts, and established procedures
• Manage high volumes, competing priorities, and urgent requests
• Respond to inquiries related to benefits administration, encompassing eligibility, enrollments, and life events
• Navigate various applications and research solutions across more than 10 systems
• Achieve productivity, quality, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets
• Successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
• Work an 8-hour shift scheduled between Monday and Sunday, from 4:40 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Prior experience in customer service and/or call center environments
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in navigating multiple applications and researching solutions across 10+ systems
• Capable of completing a mandatory paid training program successfully
• Strong multitasking skills are essential
• Adaptable with a willingness to quickly learn new processes
• Required to pass an internet speed test (download speed of 25 Mbps or higher, upload speed of 5 Mbps or higher, and ping rate of 175 ms or lower)
• Must connect to a modem/router via an ethernet cable
• Reside in a qualifying state within the United States where compensation complies with applicable wage regulations
• Currently not hiring in AK, AZ, CA, CT, CO, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NY, RI, OR, VT, WA, or the specified metro areas
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and workflows simultaneously
• Competence in following instructions, scripts, and documented procedures
• Maintain professionalism under pressure

• Collaborate effectively as a reliable team player
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and composure while managing high volumes and urgent requests
• Proven ability to balance multiple tasks and projects while meeting productivity, quality, and SLA standards
• Solid understanding of benefits administration functions, including eligibility, enrollments, life events, and related inquiries
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and virtual collaboration tools
