This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide administrative support and operational services related to benefits for caregivers.
• Investigate and resolve standard benefits-related issues.
• Assist in auditing and reporting activities.
• Support the administration of various benefit plans and programs.
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Ensure that organizational values are evident in all interactions and processes.
• Carry out responsibilities in alignment with Mercy's mission, values, and service standards.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, benefits, or HR operations.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with employee benefits administration and related processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to investigate issues and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Experience with HRIS systems; experience with Workday is preferable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment.
• Strong collaboration and customer service skills.
