This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee enrollment processes, including new hire selections, changes due to life events, dependent verifications, and open enrollment periods.
• Address employee benefits inquiries via the HR/Benefits Service Desk and email communications.
• Manage and verify benefits enrollments while ensuring data accuracy.
• Oversee enrollment timelines, eligibility reports, reminders, and handle incomplete elections.
• Process benefits paperwork for new hires across the US, Canada, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico.
• Maintain employee records across HRIS, benefits administration, and vendor platforms.
• Assist in annual open enrollment communications, system testing, and updates to the intranet.
• Coordinate leave of absence administration for the US, Canada, and LATAM regions.
• Keep track of leave records, verify leave dates, and manage the documentation for leaves.
• Process disability employer statements and assist with disability leave procedures in Canada.
• Submit and reconcile invoices from carriers and payroll deductions.
• Support vendor census submissions, file feed audits, and reconciliation of enrollments.
• Aid in ACA review and filing, COBRA administration, and HSA CIP audits.
• Distribute reports for HSA/FSA and assist with processing unsubstantiated claims for FSA.
• Support compliance reporting, updates to SPD/WRAP, process documentation, and content related to benefits.
• Train new members of the Benefits team and provide coverage for HR Operations benefits administration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of health and welfare benefit programs, such as medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life, and disability insurance.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms.
• Familiarity with Dayforce or similar systems is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to handle multiple recurring tasks accurately and timely.
• Strong communication skills, presenting a professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard office productivity tools.
• Experience with LATAM benefit programs or multi-country HR administration is a plus.
