This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accurately and promptly complete scheduled and urgent benefit additions, terminations, and modifications.
• Maintain proficiency in adjudication system screens and functions to create both standard and custom configurations.
• Implement benefit design and configuration standards, including compliance with HIPAA, NCPDP, and Navitus internal guidelines.
• Conduct quality assurance peer reviews and assist in root cause analyses.
• Utilize workflow management, issue resolution, and reporting tools to troubleshoot and address customer inquiries.
• Assist in client meetings, audits, and the implementation of new programs.
• Respond to questions regarding benefit setup and offer guidance on the benefit configuration process.
• Keep abreast of legacy and emerging products and systems.
• Evaluate business needs and engage in process improvement, cost reduction, and automation initiatives.
• Maintain training materials, work instructions, and departmental policies.
• Perform system enhancement and regression testing related to benefit configuration processes.
• Contribute to training and mentorship of benefit configuration team members.
• Support compliance along with diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.
• Occasionally work after hours and/or weekends as required by workload.
• Execute other assigned duties.
• An associate’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimal experience and/or training necessary to begin acquiring the skills, systems, and processes required for the role, with the ability to perform tasks under close supervision.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Capacity to participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to consistently interact in a cooperative and respectful manner with other employees.
• Must reside in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming to qualify for remote work eligibility.
