Behavioral Health Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate candidates based on their experience, qualifications, and suitability for the role.

• Oversee the hiring process from initial contact to interviews, reference checks, and extending offers.

• Coordinate both virtual and in-person interviews while keeping candidates updated throughout the process.

• Assist hiring managers in utilizing interview guides and scorecards, preparing for interviews, and documenting feedback.

• Collaborate with managers to assess candidates and facilitate hiring decisions.

• Maintain candidate records in Breezy HR and develop pipelines for recurring positions.

• Transition accepted candidates to the onboarding team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience, encompassing full cycle recruiting.

• Experience in recruiting within behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, or a closely related clinical environment.

• Proven ability to work independently and responsively in a remote setting.

• Excellent communication skills with candidates, along with strong organizational abilities and follow-through.

• Familiarity with using an applicant tracking system.

• Florida residency is preferred, along with knowledge of Florida clinical qualifications and licensure.

• Experience with Topgrading or another structured interview methodology.

• Previous contract work experience or management of a flexible portfolio of searches.

• Background in recruiting for adolescent programs or PHP/IOP services.
