Behavioral Health Coach, Punjabi Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Offer individualized telehealth professional or mental health coaching services for clients of Intellect.

• Concentrate on sub-clinical issues such as workplace stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance.

• Assist clients in establishing personal or professional goals and navigating their relationships.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team by recommending enhancements to the program and platform.

• Provide support primarily through scheduled 30-minute video sessions on Intellect’s telehealth platform.

• Determine your working hours within a flexible freelance setup.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid International Coaching Federation Certification OR a Master's / Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling / Clinical Psychology.

• Proficient in coaching methodologies and/or evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and SFBT.

• ICF-certified coaches must possess a minimum of 200 coaching hours.

• Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists are required to have at least 300 clinical hours post-graduation.

• Fluent in English and Punjabi.

• Previous experience in Employee Assistance Programs, counselling adults, or coaching in managerial positions is preferred.
