Behavioral Health Coach, Odia Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver personalized telehealth professional or mental health coaching sessions for clients of Intellect.

• Address sub-clinical issues such as workplace stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance.

• Assist clients in establishing personal or career objectives and navigating relationship challenges.

• Partner with the internal clinical team to recommend enhancements to the program and platform.

• Conduct scheduled 30-minute video consultations using Intellect's telehealth platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification or a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.

• Proficient in coaching methodologies and/or evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and SFBT.

• ICF Coaches should possess a minimum of 200 coaching hours.

• Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists are required to have at least 300 clinical hours post-graduation.

• Must be fluent in English and Odia.

• Previous experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), counselling adults in the workplace, or coaching in managerial positions is preferred.
