Behavioral Health Coach, Bengali Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver one-on-one telehealth professional or mental health coaching to clients of Intellect.

• Concentrate on sub-clinical issues such as workplace stress, procrastination, work-life balance, and more.

• Assist clients in establishing personal or career objectives, as well as improving their relationships.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team by proposing enhancements to the program and the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active International Coaching Federation Certification OR a Master's/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling/Clinical Psychology.

• Proficient in coaching methodologies and/or evidence-based practices (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• ICF Coaches should have a minimum of 200 coaching hours.

• Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists are required to have at least 300 clinical hours post-graduation.

• Applicants must be fluent in English and the local language.

• Candidates with previous experience in Employee Assistance Programs, counselling adults, or coaching in managerial positions will be given preference.
