Behavioral Health Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Deliver individualized telehealth professional or mental health coaching for clients of Intellect.

• Concentrate on sub-clinical issues such as workplace stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance.

• Assist clients in establishing personal or professional objectives, as well as enhancing their relationships.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team by proposing enhancements to the program and platform.

• Provide support mainly through scheduled 30-minute video sessions on Intellect’s telehealth platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active International Coaching Federation Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling/Clinical Psychology.

• Proficient in coaching methodologies and/or evidence-based practices (e.g. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• ICF Coaches should have a minimum of 200 coaching hours.

• Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists must have at least 300 clinical hours following graduation.

• Candidate must be fluent in English and the local language.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in EAP, counselling adults, or coaching in managerial positions.
