Behavioral Health Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual telehealth professional or mental health coaching to clients of Intellect.

• Address sub-clinical issues such as workplace stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance.

• Assist clients in establishing personal or career objectives, enhancing relationships, and similar areas.

• Work collaboratively with the internal clinical team by proposing enhancements to the program and platform.

• Provide support mainly through scheduled 30-minute video sessions using the Intellect telehealth platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active International Coaching Federation Certification OR a Master's/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling/Clinical Psychology.

• Proficient in coaching methodologies and/or evidence-based practices (such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• ICF Coaches should have a minimum of 200 coaching hours.

• Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists are required to have at least 300 clinical hours post-graduation.

• Fluency in English and the local language is essential.

• Previous experience in EAP, counselling adults in the workplace, or coaching in managerial positions is preferred.
