BCBA/QSP Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical supervision for a caseload of 8 children.

• Directly manage 10 team members within the intensive ABA program.

• Ensure that individualized treatment plans are executed with precision and adhere to best practices.

• Maintain adherence to Fraser standards, licensure requirements, and ethical guidelines.

• Promote a supportive team culture founded on collaboration and transparent communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) OR Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LICSW, APRN, LP, or LPCC).

• MN LBA is mandatory for Licensed Behavior Analysts.

• 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience and/or training in the assessment and/or treatment of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or similar conditions.

• Preference for candidates with over 1 year of ABA supervisory experience.

• Possession of a valid Driver's License.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Must be a resident of Minnesota; applicants from Florida, New York, Massachusetts, or California cannot be considered at this time.
