BCBA – Parent-Implemented ABA, Bilingual (English/Spanish)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral and functional analytic assessments that emphasize caregiver strengths, needs, and opportunities for intervention within daily routines.

• Create and manage personalized, caregiver-driven ABA treatment plans that emphasize functional outcomes and teaching in natural environments.

• Provide coaching, modeling, and immediate feedback to caregivers.

• Work closely with families to establish meaningful goals and enhance caregiver competence and confidence.

• Track progress for both clients and caregivers, modify treatment plans, and make informed decisions based on caregiver-collected and session-based data.

• Convert clinical concepts into actionable guidance for caregivers in their daily routines.

• Ensure precise and timely documentation of services, caregiver advancements, and client results.

• Strategize for generalization, maintenance, and suitable discharge plans.

• Guarantee adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, along with organizational policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

• Proven capability to deliver clinical supervision and mentorship.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in chat-based formats.

• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and relationship-building capabilities.

• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in data systems, telehealth platforms, and digital tools.

• Dedication to confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.

• Residing in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or CO.

• Availability to work between the hours of 9am-6pm MT.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Active BCBA certification.

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience working with a pediatric population.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting functional assessments and developing and supervising behavior intervention plans.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in telehealth supervision.
