BCBA Exempt

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with experts in behavioral health, special education, and developmental disabilities to improve patient outcomes.

• Perform functional assessments and create personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

• Offer supervision and training to RBTs and other direct care staff, both remotely and in-person as required.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational guidelines.

• Participate in scheduled on-site meetings, client visits, or training sessions as needed (usually within your local service area).

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in applied behavior analysis (ABA) through continuous professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.

• Preferred experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health challenges.

• Solid understanding of ABA principles, intervention techniques, and data collection practices.

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and standards for medical documentation.

• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.

• Capacity to work independently in a remote environment while fulfilling in-person responsibilities as necessary.

• A background in special education or a related field is advantageous.

• Strong dedication to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
