This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Perform continuous evaluations to address the needs of the patients served.

β€’ Engage with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, guardians, and other relevant individuals regarding the progress of individuals.

β€’ Provide supervisors with a monthly itinerary of appointments, home visits, and observations.

β€’ Organize home, workplace, and/or community-based visits for observations, chart reviews, staff interviews, and data analysis.

β€’ Ensure the effective and proper implementation of the Behavior Intervention Plan.

β€’ Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other relevant meetings as necessary.

β€’ Complete monthly and/or quarterly progress reports.

β€’ Arrange training to ensure staff and team members are proficient in executing Behavior Intervention Plans and documentation procedures.

β€’ Conduct follow-up interviews, home visits, and observations to provide ongoing support.

β€’ Maintain comprehensive clinical records.

β€’ Serve as a liaison with the public and mental health community to support ongoing objectives.

β€’ Assist in developing training materials and procedures to enhance programs.

β€’ Engage in continuing education focused on behaviorally based interventions and techniques.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Experience in behavioral intervention and/or a strong educational background in learning and developmental psychology is required.

β€’ A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those facing behavioral challenges.

β€’ Reliable transportation is essential.

β€’ Ability to perform physical activities, which include standing for long periods, bending, and transitioning from seated to standing frequently.

β€’ In Georgia: A Master’s degree in psychology, special education, counseling, social work, or a related field OR certification as a BCBA, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Psychologist/Psychiatrist.

β€’ In Georgia: All applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience providing positive behavioral supports to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

β€’ In Georgia: Documented coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis must be reflected on the resume or transcript.

β€’ Conducting appointments in residential homes, schools, family homes, workplaces, and other community settings necessitates reliable transportation.
