This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and design personalized ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and mentorship to behavior technicians implementing the programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Ensure precise documentation and alignment of services with ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families in various states.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseload.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program that includes support and reimbursement for additional state licensure.
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager available for ongoing support to ensure clinical and professional success.
