This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians executing the programs.
• Track client advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in conjunction with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and guarantee that services conform to ethical and clinical standards.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote role with flexible work hours.
• No minimum or maximum caseload limitations.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for further state licensure.
