This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Carry out behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing the programs.
• Track client advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and ensure that services comply with ethical and clinical guidelines.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families in various states.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related area.
• Preferably, experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote role with adaptable scheduling.
• No restrictions on minimum or maximum caseloads.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program that includes support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licenses.
