This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.
• Perform behavioral assessments.
• Create and manage individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Partner with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to advance treatment objectives.
• Maintain precise documentation and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
