This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in conjunction with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and guarantee that services meet ethical and clinical guidelines.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseloads.
