This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Execute behavioral evaluations and craft personalized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians carrying out programs.
• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Maintain precise documentation and ensure that services adhere to ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fully remote position with adaptable scheduling.
• No minimum or maximum caseload restrictions.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager to provide ongoing support and ensure clinical and professional achievement.
