This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Maintain precise documentation and ensure that services adhere to ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a relevant field.
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling.
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
• No non-compete agreements.
