This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Maintain clinical accountability for assigned cases in accordance with professional, payer, and regulatory standards.

• Analyze client data and assess the effectiveness of treatments.

• Make informed clinical decisions about treatment priorities and recommendations.

• Review and authorize program modifications and treatment adjustments.

• Track client progress and determine when intervention strategies need adjustments.

• Evaluate progress reports and clinical documentation created by the treatment team.

• Ensure that treatment is tailored, evidence-based, ethical, and clinically suitable.

• Deliver direct BCBA services when BCBA-level expertise is necessary.

• Supervise master's-level ABA students, trainees, mid-level clinicians, BTs, and RBTs as appropriate.

• Review clinical work and offer actionable feedback.

• Instruct on clinical reasoning and foster the independence of clinicians.

• Assist in translating treatment plans into effective daily implementation.

• Guide clinical decision-making within caregiver-led services.

• Support caregiver coaching and execution.

• Review caregiver progress and treatment implementation.

• Monitor treatment implementation, program integrity, clinical data, and trends.

• Assess progress towards treatment goals and identify clinical obstacles.

• Ensure team activities are in alignment with treatment plans.

• Appropriately escalate and address clinical risks.

• Maintain BCBA oversight of delegated tasks.

• Engage in case reviews, clinical team meetings, caregiver-led case consultations, documentation, and quality oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related area.

• Experience in providing ABA services to children and families.

• Strong clinical reasoning and data-driven decision-making abilities.

• Experience in supervising or mentoring clinicians.

• Capability to oversee delegated clinical work while maintaining appropriate BCBA responsibility.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Comfortable delivering services and supervision via telehealth.

• Ability to work effectively within a team-based clinical model.

• Must maintain consistent virtual availability from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday.

• Experience with telehealth, caregiver-mediated or caregiver-led interventions, or working with culturally and linguistically diverse families is highly valued.
