This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate children utilizing various assessments including ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, QABF, MAS, FAST, and Functional Behavior Assessment as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with medical record documentation protocols.

• Guarantee that patients' progress notes are entered into medical records promptly and in line with established organizational procedures.

• Engage in educational and training programs for patients, families, or community groups.

• Accountable for selecting and implementing suitable assessment tools.

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 8 to 10 clients, ensuring a minimum of 25 billable hours per week.

• Oversee, mentor, and develop a team of about 10 RBTs.

• Conduct RBT competency checks.

• Facilitate weekly caregiver training sessions.

• Hold weekly meetings with staff members.

• Provide supervision for Behavior Technicians and RBTs.

• Proficiency in CentralReach is essential.

• Update and maintain relevant programming for clients.

• Perform 6-month Plan of Cares and related insurance calls, adhering to company standard due dates.

• Complete all intakes within 3 business days following evaluations.

• Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team with Speech, OT, and Special Education to deliver the most thorough treatment possible.

• Address maladaptive behaviors throughout the day and ensure that Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) are implemented and staff are trained accordingly.

• Report any disciplinary actions required for an RBT or Behavior Technician to the Center Manager or Director of Operations.

• Notify the Center Manager of materials needed for procurement.

• De-escalate challenging situations that may arise among staff and parents.

• Conduct weekly parent training sessions and maintain regular communication with parents.

• Supervise BCBA candidates as they prepare for the exam.

• Must respond to clinical teams and leadership within a maximum of 24 hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently certified as a BCBA by the Behavior Analytic Certification Board.

• Individuals who have recently earned their Master's Degree and are awaiting the BACB exam will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

• Maintain CEU requirements and BCBA credential with the Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB).

• Obtain and sustain certification in good standing relevant to the treatment provided.

• Training and clinical experience in applying behavior analysis with children and families.

• Preferred experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.

• Possess analytical skills to synthesize various clinical and social data for accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and monitoring treatment program effectiveness.

• Two years of postgraduate clinical experience is preferred but not required.

• Completion of the 8-hour supervisory course is preferred; if not completed, please inform Leadership during the interview.
